Telehealth Nurse Job Description:

Telenett is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Telehealth Nurse to join our team in Cañon City, CO. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide virtual care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients and assess their health needs
• Provide education and support to patients on managing their health conditions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor and track patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records
• Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
• Utilize telehealth technology to deliver high-quality care to patients
• Stay up-to-date on the latest telehealth trends and best practices
• Communicate effectively with patients and provide exceptional customer service
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Active nursing license in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in telehealth or remote patient care is preferred
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with telehealth technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
• Willingness to adapt to changing technology and processes
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
