- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (travel nursing assignment)
- Clinical Setting: Cardiac Catheterization Lab / Interventional Cardiology
- Shift: 8-hour days, Monday–Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Call Requirements: 2 weeknight call shifts per week and 2 weekend call shifts per 5-week schedule (30-minute response time required)

- Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization lab (Cath Lab RN, Cardiac Cath Lab RN)
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or eligible/willing to obtain licensure (PA Compact considerations apply)
- Current BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS certification required
- Dysrhythmia course completion required
- RCIS certification preferred (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
- Ability to meet 30-minute response time for call shifts; dependable travel nurse candidate with strong time management
- Provide high-quality peri-procedural nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures
- Assist physicians and the interventional team during diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab procedures
- Continuously monitor patient status, recognize dysrhythmias, and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Prepare the Cath Lab room, equipment, and sterile field; ensure supplies and imaging equipment are available and functioning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including interventional cardiologists, radiology, and recovery staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in on-call rotation as required and maintain a 30-minute response capability
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and adhere to facility protocols and quality standards
