Professional Services Network Security Engineer Entelligence is seeking a Network Security Engineer to support our Customer’s clients. The
successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
- Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers
- Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
- Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
- Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
- Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc..
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls and Panorama.
- Application Performance Monitoring expertise – Response time metrics, Application identification.
- Packet capture analysis / fault isolation and remediation
- In-depth knowledge and deployment experience of Remote Access technologies.
- Network Security experience (IPS/IDS, ZBFW, NGFW)
- In-depth IP Routing protocol expertise (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Implementation of Legacy WAN solutions (MPLS, Leased Line, Frame Relay, Satellite, Internet VPN, ECMP, DMVPN)
