Are you an experienced registered nurse seeking a rewarding role in a correctional facility? This position offers the opportunity to provide essential healthcare services in a secure environment, ensuring the well-being of inmates and staff alike.
Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $33/hr with overtime at $50/hr
- Weekly Stipend: $1246
- Weekly Gross Pay: $2566
- Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, five days a week
- Contract Length: Starting on 06/29 or every other week
- Guarantee Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Corrections
Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Experience in corrections or acute care settings preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior correctional healthcare experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Crisis intervention training
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in corrections or emergency care
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a correctional setting in Coal Township, PA
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred
