This position is with a medium-sized mechanical contractor established almost 10 years ago and has grown exponentially over the last few years. They specialize in Mechanical and HVAC projects throughout commercial, academic, life science, healthcare, and hospitality.
Job Description- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of 20 HVAC service technicians
- Lead the team to schedule and prioritize service calls to maximize efficiency and response times
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and implement improvements
- Manage inventory, tools, and service vehicles
- Collaborate with sales and installation teams for seamless operations

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of experience in HVAC service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
