Randstad is seeking a Mailroom Facilities Clerk to support a prestigious financial services company located in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring everything is sorted, processed, and delivered accurately while following detailed compliance guidelines.You will also use internal systems to research information, track data in spreadsheets, and match outgoing checks with the correct envelopes. The role is fully on-site. Candidates must be flexible for occasional overtime.
salary: $25 - $25.01 per hourshift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities- Assist in the Facilities Department, opening and delivering mail, Mail lookups, filling envelopes
- Assist with daily check runs
- Research and supply check copies for Client Services Team
- Assist in Document Control Department - coding and scanning of statements
- Create air bills for special handling
- Practice a high degree of attention to detail, and meticulously follow compliance requirements
- Assist with projects and daily coverage as needed
- Availability to work on-site 100% of the time
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime
