Mechanical Engineer with Security Clearance
The tasks will include detailed part modeling and analysis based on inputs from a loads model, as well as working with the loads model itself. The analysis tasks will include assessing part designs for static and dynamic strength, fatigue, and durability.
The selected candidate will work under general direction of the structural analysis team and will be accountable for completing the work within the agreed upon cost and schedule. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ABAQUS/CAE is a requirement, as ABAQUS/CAE is the tool of choice for this project.
Experience with Hypermesh can be considered in addition to ABAQUS/CAE.
