Technical Sales Representative - Bilingual

You will work with clients across multiple industries, including government institutions and private organizations, helping them implement advanced training solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys long-term relationship building, international exposure, and learning complex products.

• Manage and convert an existing database of contacts, including past clients and inactive opportunities
• Conduct outbound outreach through calls, email, and follow-ups to re-engage prospects
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
• Support development and delivery of detailed proposals and quotations
• Track all sales activity, follow-ups, and deal progress within the CRM system
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with technical solutions
• Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and occasional international travel
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence across long sales cycles (6–12+ months)

• 1–5+ years of experience in sales, technical sales, or customer-facing roles
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits
• Comfortable managing long, multi-touch sales cycles
• Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly
• Interest in technology, engineering, or technical products
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
