Job Details
Job Details / Responsibilities:
Manage full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, including dealerships, retail, and business facilitiesOversee pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Lead construction services and construction management activities from start to successful closeout
Handle tenant improvements, concrete tilt-up, and design-build delivery methods as needed
Monitor project risks, safety compliance, and quality standards
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure post-construction warranty and satisfaction follow-up
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with specific background in dealerships or retail projects strongly preferredSolid understanding of construction processes, including pre-construction, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Experience with design-build, tenant improvements, and concrete tilt-up projects a plus
Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally to project sites
