Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Ohio
Start Date: June 15, 2026Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
Highlights:
- Level 1 Trauma center with 18-bed Operating Room performing 45-50 surgical procedures daily
- Diverse case mix including General, Robotic, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant surgeries
- Both circulating and scrubbing responsibilities with focus on Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery cases
- EPIC electronic medical records system
- Call coverage required: Monday-Friday 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM; weekends 12-hour shifts (day or night)
- 13-week assignment with 3 weekend shifts per contract as needed
Requirements:
- Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
- Extensive scrub experience required
- Level 1 trauma center experience preferred
- BLS and NIHSS certifications required
- EPIC charting system experience required
- Nursing education from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
- 2 professional references required, including at least one from a manager, director, or supervisor
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
- Must be willing to float to different units within the organization as needed
