Job Description

Drive revenue growth and expand market share within Minnesota by managing dealer, associate dealer, and fleet accounts.

Achieve monthly and annual unit volume, revenue, and margin targets set by national sales leadership.

Execute national and local sales programs, promotions, and pricing strategies while ensuring pricing integrity and compliance with company guidelines.

Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with dealers, fleets, and prospective customers through consistent in-market presence and high engagement.

Onboard and develop new dealers, including product training, launch planning, and ongoing commercial support.

Actively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to increase territory penetration and market share.

Manage and grow fleet accounts, with direct responsibility for signing and expanding TBR product business.

Utilize sales tools and analytics (Power BI, inventory analysis, sell-out data, reporting platforms) to drive territory planning, forecasting, and decision-making.

Maintain a high level of field activity (approximately 75% travel), prioritizing weekly travel based on customer needs and growth opportunity.

The Successful Applicant
  1. 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the tire, automotive, fleet, or related industrial sectors.

Proven success managing territories and achieving revenue, volume, and margin growth goals.

Strong dealer relationship management and new account development capabilities.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and effective at territory planning and time management.

Strong analytical skills with comfort using CRM, reporting, and sales analytics tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (approximately 75%).
