Greenwood Lake HHA/PCA Job

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide supportive care for patients in their homes. This role is ideal for caregivers who are passionate about making a meaningful difference during a patient’s end-of-life journey.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the care team
• Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
• Follow hospice care plans and agency guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required
• Hospice experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to travel between patient homes
