Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Aurora team. This isn't just a desk job—it’s a proactive, hunter-style role focused on uncovering hidden revenue. You will be the engine of our growth, engaging with prospects and existing customers through phone, email, and digital channels to turn "interest" into "orders."
The ideal candidate excels at reviving dormant accounts, following up on quotes that haven't yet crossed the finish line, and ensuring our web leads receive an immediate, professional introduction to our capabilities.

Responsibilities- Outbound Engagement: Execute high-volume outbound calling and emailing campaigns to identify upsell, cross-sell, and account reactivation opportunities.
- Quote Conversion: Proactively follow up on unrecognized or pending quotes to address hurdles and convert them into firm orders.
- Lead Qualification: Act as the first point of contact for new web registrants; qualifying leads, introducing our technical services, and scheduling strategic meetings.
- Account Recovery: Reconnect with lost or inactive customers to uncover reasons for disengagement and present tailored solutions to win back their business.
- Post-Shipment Follow-up: Reach out after orders have shipped to ensure satisfaction and identify the next project opportunity.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and opportunities within the CRM to ensure data-driven sales strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers and Marketing teams to synchronize campaigns and provide real-world market feedback for product improvements.
