The person will be incorporated into our team to manage and streamline our financial processes and aid in strategic planning. Heavily Focused on the Budget Process. This position is a crucial part of our financial operations and will involve a significant amount of responsibility and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial planning and analysis operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of processes.
• Assist the Director of Finance in managing day-to-day accounting tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Participate in strategic decision-making processes, providing financial insights and analysis.
• Maintain and manage budgets, providing regular reports and updates to the CFO and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance and conduct regular financial forecasts to guide business decisions.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze financial data.
• Identify potential areas for financial growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.
