About Our Client
My client is a design build general contractor averaging $250+ in annual revenue with projects spread across multiple sectors (senior living, multifamily, government, hospitality, healthcare, education, etc). They are located in the Greater St. Louis area and have a solid backlog of work for 2026.They pride themselves on developing their team and having long-tenured employees who enjoy coming into work every day. Due to their growth, they are looking to add more team members to their project management department.
Job Description- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and implement changes as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Handle risk management and resolve project-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree required (construction related degree is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience with a general contractor.
- Prior experience working as a project manager.
- Prior experience handling projects $20M+ in value.
- Client-facing experience is a must.
- Software proficient (ex: procore).
- Competitive salary up to $155,000 dependent on experience.
