Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Oregon required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Ability to implement treatment plans under supervision and document patient progress.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- New graduates welcome. Clinical supervision experience not required prior to assignment.
- Previous experience with geriatric populations and functional ADL retraining preferred.
- Familiarity with common adaptive equipment and therapeutic modalities used in SNF settings preferred.
- Shift Hours: 8-hour shift.

Impacting Patient Care
Join as a Travel COTA and provide individualized care in a skilled nursing environment. You will assist in implementing therapy plans, deliver direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and activities, monitor progress, educate patients and families, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and document treatment interventions under the supervising Occupational Therapist.
