Job Description- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project progress.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure their satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager in Construction should have:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects within the commercial industry (GROUND UP IS A PLUS.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations.
