Job Description
  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project progress.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure their satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager in Construction should have:

  • Proven experience in managing construction projects within the commercial industry (GROUND UP IS A PLUS.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
