Door to Door Sales Representative (8k per month)

United Solar, a leading Solar Sales Company, is seeking a talented and motivated Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. As a Door to Door Sales representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by promoting and selling our innovative solar energy solutions.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, and a self-starter who is passionate about green energy and has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to deliver on revenue targets.
• Identify new sales leads and potential customers through door to door prospecting.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-up.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to customers to explain the features and benefits of our solar products and services.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to close deals and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to post-sale follow-up, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide regular feedback and insights to management to help improve and refine our sales strategy.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in door-to-door sales is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of solar energy and construction industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
