Acquisition Manager

Our amazing, driven team is growing! We have openings in a few different departments at our San Diego office, mainly looking for people with customer service or sales experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for someone who is wanting and willing to learn and be driven to succeed! We enjoy making a difference in people lives and we want the same for you. This role is is vital within our company and will provide you the tools and experience rarely found within the Real Estate industry.

DAY TO DAY WORK WOULD INCLUDE:

• Outbound calls to potential sellers (Warm Leads)
• Follow up with leads daily
• Good communication with sellers via email, text and phone
• Calculate any repairs, max offer, and repair cost on these properties

SKILLS NEEDED:

• Sales experience is a must. You will be required to make a minimum of 100 calls a day or have valued conversations with clients
• Be able to communicate well via phone, text or email
• Have good follow-up skills

• Coachable and teachable
• Confident in speaking with someone over the phone
• Reliable vehicle
• Basic computer and technology skills
