We're seeking 7 Affordable Housing Associate Partners to enter our proprietary 90 day part time U Earn While U Learn basic training and probation period where you can learn to be an Affordable Housing Associate Partner helping us acquire properties through our Buy My House Program.
As an Affordable Housing Provider we are constantly looking to acquire properties we can add to our Affordable Housing Inventory which is always in high demand from people seeking Affordable Housing.
The properties you will help us acquire are both single family and multi family properties and select commercial and mixed use properties. Many of the properties acquired will be used to fund our Retirement Program for Associates, Managers, and Partners.
We buy affordable homes, we sell them with long term owner financing, our buyer maintains the property, they give us a down payment, they pay every month and we keep the asset as collateral.
We buy houses at a discount, we resell them with long term owner financing, the buyer makes the payments, if for some reason they stop paying we keep the house, we resell it and that is it.
This will be a six figure earning opportunity for you once you pass your 90 Basic Training and Probationary Period. (even on a part time basis)
We want to help you achieve and exceed your Personal, Professional, & Financial Goals and objectives. You will be able to participate in our profit sharing program.
A real estate, insurance, or mortgage license is not required, but if you have one, or want to obtain one or more it can you provide additional income opportunities, and the costs to obtain it can be covered by our Tuition Reimbursement Program.
Many of the properties you will help us acquire are for a private family trust, Affordable Housing Inventory, or long term Clients, many of the others will be for an Associate Asset Retirement Fund which you can qualify to participate in based on your earnings.
We work on the Client for Life model and you will have the opportunity to add Clients of your own that you can keep for life as many Clients acquire multiple properties over a period of time.
This opportunity is not for everyone, and not everyone will qualify.
