Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Georgia state OTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and follow treatment plans.
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs preferred.
- 5 days per week.
- Split assignment between facilities within the local area, requiring travel between sites.

You will deliver individualized interventions to restore functional independence, support safe discharge planning, and coach caregivers and staff. Documentation and adherence to facility protocols are required.You will contribute to positive outcomes through evidence-based practice and effective communication with the interdisciplinary team.
