Schedule:- Tuesday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Additional variable shifts may include 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- PRN call, holiday coverage, overtime, and floating may be required based on business needs
We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician to support a fast-paced surgical services department.
Responsibilities:- Instrument decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and storage
- Case cart preparation and supply distribution
- Operating and monitoring sterilization equipment
- Instrument tracking and documentation
- Emergency/trauma and add-on case support
- Surgical tray assembly and inspection
- Medical equipment disinfection and storage
- Inventory communication and record keeping
- Active CRCST (HSPA) or CBSPD certification
- Minimum 1 year Sterile Processing experience
- Hospital or clinic OR experience preferred
- Strong understanding of:
- Instrument assembly
- Instrument cleaning
- Instrument sterilization
- Case carts
- Sterile Processing workflows
- Comfortable working in fast-paced surgical environments
- Basic computer proficiency and documentation experience required
- OR workflow experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience handling emergency and trauma instrumentation needs
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently within a team environment
