Physical Therapist (PT) - Sanford, FL (Full Time, Direct Hire)

Job Type: Full-Time

• $35.77/hr – New Graduates
• $44.71/hr – Mid-Level (10+ years experience)
• $49.18/hr – Senior Level (16+ years experience)

• Shift: Day Shift (Rotating Weekends)
• Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts
• Start Time: Between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Weekend Rotation: Up to 4 weekends/month initially, with gradual reduction

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to restore function and mobility
• Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated care delivery
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and equipment use
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Effectively manage caseload and prioritize daily assignments
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

• Active Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field (Required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (Required within 30 days of hire)
• Open to both new graduates and experienced professionals
• Strong clinical evaluation and rehabilitation skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment
