Maintenance technican

Pay Range: $28–$38 per hour (based on experience, skills, and certifications)
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience maintaining conveyors, automated production lines, and material handling systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills (motors, sensors, VFDs preferred).
- Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures on production lines, packaging equipment, and automated machinery.
- Diagnose issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals; apply root cause analysis to prevent recurring failures.
- Maintain and repair components such as hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, air compressors, motors, belts, bearings, and gearboxes.
- Inspect, adjust, and align conveyor systems and material handling equipment to maintain safe and efficient operation.
- Conduct system checks including pressure testing, leak detection, and calibration of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime and support continuous operations.
- Install, assemble, and assist with commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and system upgrades.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability, throughput, and safety.
- Follow and enforce all safety procedures including lockout/tagout (LOTO), OSHA standards, and company policies.
