Business Systems Analyst II
We are seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst II to join an enterprise application development team. In this role, you will act as a pivotal bridge between business strategy and technical execution, gathering functional requirements and crafting intuitive user experience designs.
You will play a central role in transforming complex business needs into seamless digital application workflows.

salary: $32 - 42 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to define and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop process flows, activity diagrams, use cases, and detailed user-interface specifications.
- Create high-fidelity mock-ups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using human-centered design principles.
- Partner with Product Managers and QA leads to build test strategies, test cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis supporting software/application development projects.
3+ years of dedicated experience in User Experience (UX) design, wireframing, and rapid prototyping.
Strong background in mapping business processes, writing use cases, and supporting QA testing coverage.
