Graphic Design Specialist
In this role, you will be the engine of the digital workflow, transforming customer concepts into press-ready masterpieces. This role focuses on the technical "pre-flight" magic that ensures flawless execution during the printing process. Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant print industry experience or a specialized degree in Graphic Design/Digital Media Sharp visual acuity and color vision are essential for success in this role Detailed understanding of typography, layout, and prepress file prep Experience with Esko or HP Indigo workflows is a major plus Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Illustrator on Mac) Apply today!

Responsibilities- Execute precision electronic separations across multiple print methods
- Generate digital and hard-copy proofs and conduct rigorous quality audits
- Manage multiple high-priority jobs simultaneously through various stages of production.
- Fine-tune files with expert-level color corrections to match exacting brand targets and physical proofs
- Apply technical requirements including overprints, pullbacks, and line weights with surgical accuracy
- Configure complex setups for premium elements like embossing and hot foil stamping
- Adobe Creative Cloud (5 years of experience is required)
- Illustrator (5 years of experience is required)
