Job Details- Location: Mountlake Terrace, WA (serving King and Snohomish Counties)
- Assignment Type: Travel / Travel RN (Home Health)
- Start Date: May 11, 2026
- End Date: August 8, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (8-hour shifts)
- On Call / Weekend Requirement: Yes (rotation required)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 – $2,230 (Competitive travel RN pay)
- Dress Code: Solid colored scrubs
- Travel: Mileage reimbursed between patient visits
- Active, unencumbered RN license (Washington State or Multi-State/Compact)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher; BSN preferred
- At least 1 year of nursing experience required; home health experience preferred
- Experience with home health documentation systems (HCHB / PointCare) is a plus
- OASIS assessment experience and strong documentation skills
- Ability to participate in weekend and holiday rotations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with federal/state regulations and agency policies
- Initiate, develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Complete comprehensive assessments (OASIS), medication reconciliation, and timely, accurate documentation of patient visits
- Ensure patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines
- Supervise and instruct home health aides and LPNs as appropriate, including required supervisory visits
- Communicate effectively with physicians, agency staff, patients, and families to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Participate in orientation of new staff, performance improvement initiatives, and survey readiness activities
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude in all interactions; remain flexible to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
