Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Pharmacist experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy.
- Active NY Pharmacist License (NYSED).
- BLS certification.
Responsibilities:
- Review and dispense medications accurately.
- Prepare IV/sterile medications as needed.
- Monitor medication therapy and ensure patient safety.
- Document in EMR and maintain pharmacy compliance.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality patient care.
