Job Summary (List Format): Business Analyst / Configuration Manager (Healthie EMR)
- Act as the primary liaison between clinical/administrative stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Own and manage all aspects of Healthie EMR platform configuration, including custom intake flows, charting templates, onboarding, scheduling, permissions, notifications, billing, and third-party integrations.
- Translate complex clinical and administrative workflows into precise system configurations.
- Conduct discovery sessions and perform gap analysis to identify process automation and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain detailed system documentation, requirement traceability matrices, and configuration logs.
- Write clear, testable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria using agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Manage the agile backlog and partner with QA/product owners for user acceptance testing and feature validation.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data security standards in all system configurations.
- Leverage strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to deliver optimized digital health solutions.
- Bring 4-6 years of Business/Systems Analyst or Configuration Manager experience, with 2+ years in digital health and hands-on Healthie EMR administration.
- (Preferred) Experience with Healthie API integrations, group practice scaling, healthcare billing/claims, and relevant certifications (CBAP, CSM).
