Air Voice Supermarkets Pty Ltd operates a busy a community-oriented IGA supermarket focused on delivering quality products, strong customer service, and a convenient shopping experience. An opportunity is available for a driven and capable Store Manager to lead the team and support the ongoing success and growth of our IGA store.

Location: Esperance, WA 6450
Salary: $80,000 to $86,000 per annum plus superannuation

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
Track sales, margins, and expenses to meet financial targets
Prepare sales projections and oversee budgeting
Lead, support, and motivate staff to maintain high operational and customer service standards
Execute promotional campaigns and merchandising in accordance with IGA guidelines
Oversee pricing, stock management, and inventory control
Ensure consistent availability of fresh and grocery items across all departments
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies

Establish and enforce store procedures, including health and safety requirements

Requirements

Minimum of one year full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience in a comparable retail management role
A Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Management, Commerce, Marketing or Accounting or another relevant, or an additional year of relevant experience
Demonstrated leadership, organisational, and communication abilities
Capacity to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced supermarket setting

Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
