Delivery Driver/Warehouse Technician

Adhere to all State and Local laws surrounding commercial vehicle operation

• Work with other departments in support of deliveries
• Organize and schedule time to support on time deliveries
• Load, secure and unload cargo
• Operate safely on a shipping and receiving dock
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education/Training:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• CDL License preferred

Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience in the required task area
• Must be comfortable operating 26’ Box Truck, backing into docks, operating pickup trucks with trailers, and forklifts
• Must possess excellent driving record
• Must have experience working in a shipping and receiving environment preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Must have experience with Microsoft Suite and WMS/ERP Programs
• Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred

Security:

• Must be a US citizen
• Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required

Physical Requirements:

• Able to assess, install, and modify equipment, and inspect machinery
• Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, grasp and reach with hands and arms, handle and operate hand/power tools and machine controls
• Perform frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements
• Prolonged periods of standing while operating machinery
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear (e.g., eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, etc.) for the assigned task
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time
