- Shifts per Week: 5 (8-hour day shifts)
- Hours per Week: 40 (32 guaranteed)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,363 - $1,515

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- At least 6 months of home health experience as a PTA (in-home care, home health physical therapy)
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required — documentation and scheduling in HCHB
- Current, unrestricted PTA licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Current CPR certification (BLS preferred)
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transportation for patient visits
- Provide high-quality in-home physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Perform home health assessments and assist in developing individualized care plans to meet rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately in HCHB and communicate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safety, fall prevention, and strategies to maximize independence at home
- Manage caseload and travel to patient homes within the Westborough area to deliver scheduled care
- Work in a supportive home health environment with experienced clinicians
