Job Description
  • Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System across two sites
  • Support quality engineering for new product development and launch activities
  • Manage and develop a global quality team (U.S. and Europe)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
  • Own internal audits, corrective actions, KPIs, and cost of quality metrics
  • Act as the primary quality liaison for internal teams and select customers

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Quality Manager or Senior Quality role
  • Background in manufacturing; electro‑mechanical or instrumentation preferred
  • Hands‑on experience developing, maintaining, and auditing ISO 9001 QMS
  • Proven people leadership with coaching and mentoring capability
  • Strong problem‑solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement skills
  • Comfortable operating in a hands‑on, fast‑paced, project‑driven environment
