Job Description- Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System across two sites
- Support quality engineering for new product development and launch activities
- Manage and develop a global quality team (U.S. and Europe)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
- Own internal audits, corrective actions, KPIs, and cost of quality metrics
- Act as the primary quality liaison for internal teams and select customers

The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- 5+ years of experience in a Quality Manager or Senior Quality role
- Background in manufacturing; electro‑mechanical or instrumentation preferred
- Hands‑on experience developing, maintaining, and auditing ISO 9001 QMS
- Proven people leadership with coaching and mentoring capability
- Strong problem‑solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement skills
- Comfortable operating in a hands‑on, fast‑paced, project‑driven environment
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $130,000 to $145,000 USD.
- High visibility role with influence across engineering, operations, and leadership
