- Schedule: 4 10s Monday-Friday 7:30a-6p
- Target patient volume is 22 per day
- Must be able to see all ages
- Hospital privileges required
- Epic experience is a plus
- 6 month minimum commitment, potential to extend
- Multiple locations (all within 15-20 minutes of each other)
