Responsibilities:
- Perform EEG, EMG, and BOTOX administration
- See 10-15 patients per day in clinic
- Attend to 10-12 hospital patients per month
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
- Valid Indiana medical license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
