Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Physical Therapist for an inpatient acute care setting. This role offers a flexible full-time schedule and the opportunity to work across multiple clinical environments, supporting diverse patient populations and rehabilitation needs.
Schedule & Work Structure- 36–40 hours per week with flexibility
- Work schedule split between two facilities during the week
- Example structure: 3 days at one facility and 2 days at another (may vary based on coverage needs)
- May include one weekend day as part of a 5-day workweek
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week when full 8-hour shifts are completed
- Therapists are not required to cover both facilities in a single day
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in an inpatient acute care setting
- Perform patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records

Requirements- Active and current Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inpatient or acute care setting preferred

- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
