Soldering Technician (EMS)
We are looking for a precision-driven, detail-oriented Solder Technician to join our growing team. If you have a steady hand, a passion for electronics, and love seeing a product go from a bare board to a functioning piece of tech, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities- Hand Soldering: Joining electronic components to printed circuit boards (PCBs) using soldering irons, wire, and flux. This includes Through-Hole (inserting component leads into holes) and Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) (soldering components directly onto the board surface).
- Wire Harness & Cable Assembly: Stripping, crimping, and tinning wires to build complex cable assemblies and wiring harnesses, often routing them through chassis or mechanical enclosures.
- Reading Technical Documents: Interpreting blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure components are placed in the correct location and orientation.
- Microscopic Work: Utilizing high-powered microscopes or optical magnification aids to solder incredibly small parts (like fine-pitch integrated circuits or tiny 0402-sized resistors) with steady-hand precision.
- Inspection: Visually inspecting solder joints for defects such as bridges, cold joints, voids, or insufficient solder, ensuring everything aligns with quality metrics (usually IPC-A-610 standards).
- Testing: Performing basic electrical continuity tests using multimeters to ensure the board conducts electricity properly and has no short circuits.
