Overview:

Make a meaningful impact every day by being the welcoming first point of connection for members, guests, and residents who rely on our Wellness Center to stay active, engaged, and healthy. Community First Solutions is seeking a Wellness Center Front Desk Associate to support daily operations at our Berkeley Square campus in Hamilton, Ohio.

In this role, you’ll help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment by delivering exceptional customer service, assisting members with programs and services, and supporting wellness activities that enhance quality of life. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, service-driven, and passionate about wellness and community connection.

Compensation: $14–$17 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Part Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM | No weekends, no holidays!

Location: Berkeley Square- 100 Berkeley Dr, Hamilton, OH 45013

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, wellness, hospitality, or working with seniors preferred
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable with a genuine desire to help others
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Interest in wellness, fitness, or healthy lifestyles
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting and equipment setup
  • Physical ability to demonstrate basic exercises and use weight machines
  • 18 years of age or older, or high school graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents, members, and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Answer phones and respond to questions about classes, programs, and services.
  • Give tours of facility to prospective members.
  • Shows members how to use the work out machines and equipment properly.
  • Maintain accurate records in member management software.
  • Process payments and membership transactions as needed.
  • Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.
  • Assist with event and class setup when needed.
  • Communicate member concerns or facility issues to the IL Director of Lifestyle.
  • Follow all safety and wellness center policies and procedures.
  • Abides by the company Always Behaviors each and every day as we serve our clients, colleagues, and community.

All other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position.
