Minimum Requirements- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Ability to provide patient care across typical SNF caseloads including geriatrics, post-acute rehabilitation, and ADL retraining preferred.
- Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.

- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
- Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
