Sr Security Specialist Program Manager with Security Clearance
Shields Point, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Specialist/Program Manager to lead security operations in support of the FBI's Operational Technology Division (OTD) Security Operations Unit.
This is a Key Personnel role on a critical FBI contract providing full- spectrum security support (personnel, physical, information, and industrial security).
You will serve as the senior contractor point of contact, mentor the Access Control team, and ensure seamless 24/7 security coverage across multiple OTD facilities.
Location: Quantico, VA (primary) with occasional support to Stafford, Fredericksburg, and Newington, VA This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded.Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent.

- Provide program management, oversight, and leadership for all contractor security personnel (10 Access Control Specialists + 1 Security Specialist).
- Train, schedule, and mentor Access Control Specialists to maintain full staffing at all visitor desks during business hours.
- Serve as backup in any contractor security role during absences.
- Support the COMSEC Manager with transferring/receiving/hand-receipting COMSEC material, bi-annual inventories, shipments, and all associated paperwork per the FBI Central Office of Record COMSEC Manual.
- Coordinate schedules and resources to ensure continuous cleared access control presence.
- Conduct and support security briefings/debriefings.
- Manage schedules, deliverables, and resources with strong program planning and execution skills.
- Perform all duties with exceptional professionalism and customer-service focus.
- Active Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI special access (required at time of hire).
- Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in any field + minimum 3 years of relevant security experience (industrial, physical, or computer/network security) OR minimum 5 years total experience in any security-related field.
- Proven experience in program planning, execution, oversight, and resource management.
- Advanced proficiency creating complex spreadsheets (Excel), briefings (PowerPoint), documents (Word), and using Adobe Acrobat.
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer-service orientation and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience supporting FBI, DoD, or Intelligence Community security programs.
- COMSEC experience.
- Experience managing or training security teams.
