Sr. Project Manager

Senior Project Manager 12-Month Contract | St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)

Exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior Project Manager who enjoys technology and wants to grow within a large enterprise environment. This role partners cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and leadership teams to support operational excellence and innovation.

• Administer and govern Jira and Aha!, including user management, usage standards, and platform integrations.
• Maintain data integrity by managing Workday data exports and organizational structures to support executive dashboards and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, AI, and Generative AI solutions.
• Support both strategic initiatives and hands-on operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Gain knowledge of business platforms and product offerings across the organization.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity based in St. Louis, MO, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 remote days weekly. Excellent opportunity to grow within an innovative product and technology team.

• 8 10+ years of project or operations management experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field required.
• Strong Agile experience with knowledge of compliance and process standards.
• Deep experience with Jira and Aha! administration preferred.
• Experience with data integrity, system syncing, and data exports; Workday experience is a plus.
• Proven adaptability and willingness to support a variety of initiatives.
• Experience working with senior leadership and high-volume production environments.
• Interest in AI tools and automation; programming experience is a plus.
