- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, three times per week
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Provide high-quality patient care to adults in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
- Monitor, assess, and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
- Administer medications, IVs, and prescribed treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
- Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
