• 36 hours guaranteed, with expectation to work up to 40 hours
• OT requires Director approval before any OT is worked
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits/week
• Patient volume: 12–14 patients/day
• Follow-up visits may be double-booked
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment
