Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making and improve business processes.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be able to work independently and collaboratively to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain databases to store and organize data
- Create reports and dashboards to present data insights to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations based on data analysis
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a construction or related industry
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
