Manufacturing Associate I – Entry-Level Production Operator

Our client is hiring several Manufacturing Associates to support a high‑volume production environment. In this role, you'll operate manufacturing equipment, follow established procedures, and help ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Maintain reliable attendance and adhere to shift schedules.
- Complete required production and quality records accurately.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and plant safety guidelines.
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Participate in required training and follow all workplace safety rules, including PPE requirements.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Dependable, adaptable, and safety‑minded.
- High school or equivalent experience required.
- 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production documentation.
- Ability to use basic measurement tools and record precise data.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable using hands for pushing, pulling, grasping, and handling materials.
- Experience working in a plant, warehouse, or industrial environment is helpful.
Preferred Skills:
- Forklift experience.
- Prior work in a manufacturing or automotive‑related environment.
