We are seeking an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and IT infrastructure to lead and manage a team of approximately 40 professionals. This role is responsible for driving technical strategy, overseeing development and infrastructure operations, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability across systems and teams.Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of ~40 engineers across development and infrastructure functions.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring best practices in design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Manage infrastructure operations including cloud/on-prem environments, availability, performance, security, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, processes, and governance.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering productivity, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on background in software development and IT infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing large technical teams (30+ people).
- Solid understanding of modern architectures (cloud, microservices, CI/CD, DevOps).
- Experience with infrastructure platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP, networking, monitoring, security).
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
