HVAC Service Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service and sales teams and uphold the exceptional standards our customers expect.
Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 annually, plus performance‑based bonuses

- Lead, coach, and develop HVAC team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Drive service and installation performance to exceed revenue and budget goals
- Oversee daily scheduling and effective allocation of personnel and resources
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding HVAC team members
- Establish and enforce ethical sales practices and professional installation standards
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure job excellence
- Address and resolve customer satisfaction concerns promptly and professionally
- Minimum of 3+ years of HVAC leadership or management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (as applicable by state law)
