Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Oncology unit position requiring a KS or compact RN license and every-other-weekend night availability.
Details- Med/Surg Oncology unit (MSU Oncology) in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 1845–0715 (12-hour shifts)
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required (Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night rotation)
- No on-call or call-back requirements
- 13-week contract
- Active RN license — Kansas (KS) or compact license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Med/Surg nursing experience required
- Oncology unit experience preferred
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates — no radius rule applies
- Former permanent employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
- Two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine are required or an approved declination (booster not required)
- A copy of your COVID vaccination card will be needed for consideration
