Responsibilities:
Canyon Ranch is looking for a Full-Time Steward (Dishwasher) in our Las Vegas, NV location.
The Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, kitchen and surrounding areas and assist other Kitchen staff in food preparation.
Clean organize and maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas including sweeping and washing the floor 3 times daily. This includes organizing, transporting and dumping the refuse in the correct dumpsters at the end of each service.
Qualifications:
Experience: previous steward experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must have a cheerful, positive attitude when working with a variety of people and be able to work well under pressure.
- Must be able to work independently or as a team player.
- Must be flexible in working hours as they may include weekends and holidays.
- Must be responsible, neat and clean in appearance.
- Must possess a valid Nevad Helth Card.
