Provide mental health and psychotherapy counseling services to individuals, families, and couples. Create, recommend, and implement treatment goals and plans with clients. Help clients deal with a variety of mental health conditions, such as those related to depression, addiction, grief, stress, etc.
Must have knowledge of Clinical Assessment and Evaluation Skills: Knowledge of diagnostic assessment and DSM-5 application; Core psychodrama techniques: Role reversal, doubling, mirroring, soliloquy; Integration of creative modalities (art, movement, storytelling) into psychodrama practice; Individual Counseling Techniques: Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Proficiency in applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other modalities; Group Counseling Facilitation: Knowledge of the design and implementation of treatment sessions tailored to client needs, including for individuals and groups; Trauma-Informed Care and Neurobiological Approaches: Knowledge of trauma-informed care and counseling procedures; Family Systems Theory and Intervention: Knowledge of family intervention and crisis; Psychopathology Assessment and Diagnosis: Knowledge of diagnostic interviewing and semi-structured assessments of psychopathology; Career Counseling and Vocational Assessment; Child Intervention and Abuse Identification; Ethical Practice in Mental Health Counseling: Knowledge of HIPAA, state licensing requirements, and ethical decision-making in counseling.
Combine traditional talk therapies with experiential therapies (such as psychodrama, art, music, etc.) to meet the mental health needs of clients. Document and maintain records of clients' treatment. All work to be performed under the instruction, supervision, and control of a licensed Mental Health Counselor.

May telecommute but must also be able to report to the office on a regular basis.
Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling or related
